Bike School
The Bike School is located just South of the Stadium to the West of Las Venturas. It's always open from the minute you have access to Las Venturas, so head over there whenever you have time.
The Bike School is marked with a red 'S' on the map once you have access to Las Venturas.
Bike School Essentials
The Bike School requires 6* reasonably small objectives to be completed as well as possible.
* Two tests, 'The Stoppie' and 'Jump & Stoppie', were removed from mobile versions of the game - presumably because the touch controls would make them too difficult - and are therefore not required in these versions of the game.
You will need to score over 70% on each objective to complete the driving school, however getting a better rating will improve your motorcycle skill and will allow you to unlock special vehicles.
This guide will try to explain the best techniques to get a Gold medal for all of the objectives.
Rewards
Completing all of the objectives with at least Bronze will unlock the Freeway.
Completing all of the objectives with at least Silver will unlock the FCR-900.
Completing all of the objectives with Gold will unlock the NRG-500.
Quick Links
The 360
Description
Use the bike to do a burnout donut. Press X and Square to begin the burnout.
Vehicle Given
PCJ-600
Tactics
This is extremely easy, just hold down accelerate and brake together, then hold left and wait as the bike spins around 360°. The hardest part is actually stopping the bike exactly on 360°, so just follow the skidmarks on the ground so you'll know where to stop.
At the start of the lesson, I'd advise you burnout with accelerate and break for about 5 seconds before turning, then you'll easily be able to tell where you started from the heavy skidmarks.

The 180
Description
To do a 180, accelerate to top speed, press R1 to slide around the cone and then return.
Vehicle Given
PCJ-600
Tactics
Rather simple again, just accelerate forwards and go to the right (or left depending on your preference), then use the handbrake to skid around the last cone and make your way back to the start.
You need to park right in the middle of the cone square facing directly forward.

The Wheelie
Description
Do a wheelie along the coned section. Accelerate to top speed, then pull back on the left analog stick.
Vehicle Given
BF-400
Tactics
Once again, this isn't too tough. Just accelerate towards the coned area, pull back on the analog stick, then tap accelerate as you make your way across the wheelie zone.
Try not to lean back too far as the BF-400 will lean all of the way back, hit the ground and won't count as a wheelie anymore.
Once you pass the cones just land the wheelie by reducing speed or leaning forward then stop in the cone square at the end.

The Stoppie
'The Stoppie' test has been removed from the mobile version of the game. Info below is for the original version of the game.
Description
Do a stoppie along the coned section. Accelerate to top speed, push forward on the left analog stick, then press square.
Vehicle Given
FCR-900
Tactics
This is so easy!
This is the semi-challenging lesson at the bike school. Not because the actual objective is difficult, but because trying to hold a stoppie for that long and continue driving straight can be.
You need to accelerate towards the coned area then hold the break while leaning forward on the bike to move into a stoppie.
Once you're on the front wheel, hold accelerate to keep the stoppie going until you pass the last cone.
Pull back on the analog stick to land the stoppie, then just stop in the cone square in the middle.

Jump & Stoppie
The 'Jump & Stoppie' test has been removed from the mobile version of the game. Info below is for the original version of the game.
Description
Jump the ramp, land in a stoppie and glide into the designated area.
Vehicle Given
NRG-500
Tactics
This is the final bike school lesson, but as you might expect, it is also the hardest.
To get bronze you can basically just lean forward slightly and speed over the ramp. By the time you stop you'll probably be in the zone.
When aiming for gold you need to keep trying to get the stoppie to work properly.
The best way to land it is to pull back on the analog stick, but if you hit the jump with enough speed, you can actually just land on the front wheel near the end-zone and stop about a second later in exactly the right place. The stoppie doesn't have to last a long time.
There's nothing else I can really advise to guarantee a 100% score on this lesson, so you'll just have to keep trying the jump and see if you can get the hang of balancing out the stoppie.
